2019 Rockpile Zinfandel – FUTURES RELEASE
This wine is available for purchase as a futures release. It’s in the barrel so we aren’t ready to define its tasting profile until the aging process is complete. However, this vineyard is very consistent, and based on previous vintages that Randle has made, it will have a red and black fruit profile with spicy notes and smooth but moderate tannins for aging.
Food Pairings: Zinfandel classic pairings include grilled lamb, grilled beef and ribs though it goes beautifully with pastas, stews, and hearty cheeses too.

2019 Verdelho
The color is medium yellow with a green tint. The wine opens with fresh aromas of Pippin apple, orange zest, pineapple and kiwi. With time in the glass, a second wave of aromas appears: Crenshaw melon, pear and tropical notes of guava and papaya. Flavors parallel the aromas. In the mouth, the texture is round, silky, and delicate. The wine finishes very crisp and racy, a multi-faceted wine for warm spring & summer afternoons around the pool or patio.
Food Pairings: Our Verdelho excels when paired with delicate white fish like Petrale sole, niçoise salad and ripe, freshly sliced fruits. Mild white cheeses, both creamy and hard, along with goat cheese also pair very well with this wine.

The color is cranberry red with blue and violet hues at the edge of the glass. Predominant aromas are floral, very reminiscent of roses and honeysuckle. Fruit aromas begin with Bing cherry and strawberry with hints of pomegranate, kiwi and orange zest. Flavors are similar with bright acidity, followed by a round and silky texture. The finish is crisp and zesty; very refreshing, while inviting another glass!
Food Pairings: This Rosé is excellent with fresh sliced fruits, with lighter, tangy cheeses, appetizers or with delicate fish courses such as trout or filet of sole.
